Building on foundational principles from 'Introduction to Event Safety,' students will explore techniques for identifying and mitigating potential on-site incidents. The course covers essential topics such as incident response, investigation, documentation, and the critical role of learning from past incidents to continually improve safety plans. Additionally, students will gain an understanding of the broader impacts of incidents, including harm to people, damage to property, threats to the environment, and risks to organizational reputation, as well as the implications for event insurance.
