OSHA 10/30 Hour Outreach Cards


UC San Diego OTIEC’s Outreach Department is dedicated to providing friendly, efficient and accurate service. The advanced online submission tool for reporting 10- and 30-hour outreach courses was designed to provide a database for trainers to access all student and card information. This system is continually upgraded to ensure quality control. Trainers can expect to receive their student cards within 30 days of submitting a training report. How to Submit an OTPR for Student Course Completion Cards

Authorized OSHA Trainers may request OSHA cards for their students. Upon successful completion of a trainer or trainer update course an account is established in Storefront and an email and temporary password are sent to the trainer. If you do not receive an email please contact oti-outreach@ucsd.edu or call (858) 534-9283.
 
IMPORTANT:
Effective October 1, 2023, the fee for student course completion cards will increase to $10.00 per card. Additionally, if necessary, OSHA’s Office of Training and Education may increase the fee every two years based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Collection of the $10 per card fee will not begin until October 1, 2023, allowing current OSHA-authorized Outreach trainers sufficient time to plan for the fee increase.


Outreach Card Fees

Fees valid effective October 1, 2023:
  • Outreach Student Cards: $10.00 each

  • Lamination (optional on student cards only): $3.00 per card

  • Replacement Student Cards: $35.00 each

  • Replacement Trainer Cards: $35.00 each

Note: Shipping is not included in the fees listed above.


Order Replacement Cards

Trainers may request one replacement card (per student) if the course end date does not exceed five years. To order replacement student cards, please contact the Outreach Department.

If you are a student who needs a replacement card, you will need to contact the UCSD Outreach Trainer who taught the class to make the request. If you do not have your trainer's name and contact information, or if your trainer is unresponsive, please email oti-outreach@ucsd.edu.

Entire class replacement orders effective October 1, 2023:
  • 1-5 cards per order: $10.00 per card

  • 6-20 cards per order: $60.00 flat fee

  • 21 or more cards per order: $100.00 flat fee

Single card replacement orders: $35.00 per card.

If you are local to San Diego, we also offer card office pick up for no charge (select in the shipping drop down menu.) Prior arrangements can be made to pick up cards when our staff is in the office.

If your order has previously been lost in the mail, we are required by OSHA to ship via FedEx. This additional charge will also be included in your order.
