We provide high quality safety training courses at our course locations and provide onsite contract courses. All course enrollments are taken through UCSD Diego Division of Extended Studies.

Beginning September 1, 2024, OSHA Region 9 was formally realigned and designated as OSHA's San Francisco Region. The UC San Diego OTI Education Center has expanded its ability to serve states on the West Coast.

The San Francisco Region includes the following areas:

Alaska, Arizona, American Samoa, California, Commonwealth of the Mariana Islands, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

Conveniently located off Interstate 805, UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies' University City Center (UCC) is the new home for our San Diego classes. UCC provides state-of-the-art classrooms and plentiful parking in the adjacent covered structure. Enrollments are accepted in person or via phone.

The Guam Contractor’s Association (GCA) has proudly offered OSHA numbered courses and a wide variety of safety conferences to the island since 1990. The GCA promotes, coordinates and provides OSHA training courses with qualified and experienced instructors at their GCA Trades Academy location. The GCA is a non-profit corporation dedicated to promoting the common business interests of its member contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, equipment rental companies and other business related to the construction industry on Guam. The GCA, the GCA Trades Academy, and the UCSD OTIEC incorporate safety at all levels as we build a stronger and safer workforce for the future with skills that will last a lifetime.

The association is neither pro-union or anti-union, its contractor membership is nearly evenly split; but rather pro-employer.
