This course focuses on the essential aspects of building and managing an effective event safety program, emphasizing the importance of authentic leadership, coaching, and clear communication. Expanding on concepts from 'Introduction to Event Safety,' students will explore the role of leadership in creating a supportive, learning-oriented environment where team members can thrive. The course highlights the value of mentorship and continuous learning, encouraging event professionals to foster a culture of collaboration and skill-sharing. Through interactive discussions and practical scenarios, students will learn strategies for effective team management, including how to harness diverse skill sets and experiences to enhance safety outcomes at event sites.
