Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) classes are overseen with the same guidelines & policies as in-person offerings. Per OSHA guidelines, students are required to have video capabilities and must be visible at all times.If a student cannot comply with this requirement they will not be able to attend class. Brandon Phillips

Environmental Safety and Health Director for Continental Tide Defense Systems Inc.

Brandon Has over 30 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety. He retired from the United States Navy in 2006 as a Damage Control Chief Petty Officer. During his career, he served as a Safety Officer, Damage Control Training Team Leader and Fire Fighting Instructor. He worked at BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair as a Safety Technician 7 ½ years and 2 years at Serco as the EHS Manager. He currently is the EHS Manager for Continental Tide Defense Inc. He is also the current Chair Person for the San Diego Ship Repair Safety Committee.
