Russ Barringer is a Safety Professional with 38 years of construction, operations, aintenance, training and management expertise. Of those 38 years, 26 years have been dedicated to the area of worker safety & health. This experience includes safety program development, training development and presentation, audits and assessments as well as safety & health program management with development of effective key performance indicators (KPIs). Dedicated to effective human error reduction techniques and root cause analysis, Russ is passionate about establishing an efficient work process as the foundation of a safe working environment. His practical field experience includes fall protection, trenching and excavation, scaffold construction practices, High and Low voltage electrical safety, NFPA 70E, and heavy construction in power plant and water/waste water treatment settings.
