Prospective students who are ordinarily resident in Iran may not apply for or enroll in UC San Diego Extended Studies International Programs offered in person. If you have ever resided in Iran or hold an Iranian passport and would like to confirm your eligibility, please contact ipadmissions@ucsd.edu for consideration of your particular circumstances.

1. First-Time Users: Create an account by visiting our Third-Party Account Creation link. After creating an account, you'll be directed to the application portal automatically.
2. Returning Users: If you already have an account, proceed to start a new application or return to an existing one by visiting UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies International Programs.
