This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles, methods, and applications of analytics in the business context. Designed for managers who recognize the importance of data-driven decision-making but may not have a technical background in analytics, this course provides a practical and accessible introduction to data analytics concepts, methods, and applications, tailored to the needs of managers who rely on data insights to inform strategic decisions in their organizations.
 

What you'll learn

  • Develop the ability to interpret data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives, without relying on technical expertise.
  • Learn how to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational goals, enabling managers to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Gain proficiency in interpreting analytical reports and summaries provided by data analysts or business intelligence tools, extracting meaningful insights and implications for decision-making in managerial roles.
