In the Capstone course, students apply knowledge learned to create a Project Management Plan for a biotech product.  This ~100 page document will contain the key documents which define a Project, including a Project Charter, Work Breakdown Structure, Risk, Change, Quality and Communication Plans.  Students form teams to develop and present their plan. Students apply key skills in project communications and leadership to create a Project Management Plan for their chosen product.
