The final course in the program is offered by the University of Washington, this Capstone course gives students the opportunity to apply their learning by creating a comprehensive Project Management Plan for a biotech product. This ~100-page plan includes essential project documents such as a Project Charter, Work Breakdown Structure, Risk, Change, Quality, and Communication Plans. Working in teams, students develop, present, and refine their plan while honing key skills in project leadership, communication, and scope management for real-world biotech projects
