This course explores how translational portfolios and collaborative ecosystems across academia, industry, and research institutions align to drive successful drug development. You’ll examine the Learning Organization model and its role in sustaining long-term success, while also developing an understanding of leadership and emotional intelligence as essential skills for biotech and life science project managers. Real-world examples highlight best practices in leadership and knowledge management strategies critical to organizational performance in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
