Mock Trial
Plan now for the first Osher mock trial. Osher members will serve as judge, prosecutor, defense attorney, witnesses and the jury in this fun and educational day-long event. Members will present both the plaintiff/prosecution and defense sides of a hypothetical case, conduct direct and crossexaminations, argue objects, and deliver opening and closing statements to a judge and jury who will evaluate their performance based on rules of evidence and procure. And, the verdict!
