The Essentials of Leadership and Management (ELM) program is led by a diverse group of experienced faculty and industry experts, designed to cultivate advanced leadership, communication, teamwork, and project management skills for mid-level managers. Over the course of 14 weeks, this program provides an interactive learning environment that emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, personal reflection, and peer coaching.
Program content is tailored to deliver practical tools and strategies that participants can immediately apply within their organizations. Using a mix of case studies, business simulations, and real-world scenarios, the course ensures that learning is directly relevant to the challenges of modern businesses. Participants will engage in meaningful discussions, share personal experiences, and address real-time challenges to enhance the learning process.
By the end of the program, ELM participants will be better equipped to take on greater leadership responsibilities, with enhanced managerial and decision-making capabilities. Sponsoring organizations will see a tangible improvement in leadership performance, as participants bring back valuable insights, strategies, and actionable knowledge to their teams.
Upon program completion, attendees will receive a certificate of completion.
