He has advised governments, financial institutions, and companies on their funding needs and balance-sheet management for both local & international capital markets. He published extensively on the benefits & risks of local and international capital markets – as well as on foreign exchange markets in the Asian region. He was the lead author for the book: Asian Exotics: A Guideline to the Currencies of Asia (1996), and has been credited with more than 80 publications.
