Loyola Law School professor David Glazier, one of the nation’s foremost experts on the law of armed conflict and a longtime Osher favorite, will provide a legal framework by which to analyze the United States’ bombing of Iran’s nuclear facilities and Israel’s attacks on Iran’s nuclear sites and top generals and scientists.
 


Speaker Bio

Presenter. David Glazier is Professor of Law at LMU Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He served for 21 years as a U.S. Navy surface warfare officer before retiring to attend law school at the University of Virginia. His legal scholarship focuses on U.S. constitutional and international law regulating the use of military force. He also holds a BA in history from Amherst College and an MA in Government/National Security Studies from Georgetown University.
