Contact an Agent
Agents are educational counselors around the world who will help you apply to the many programs listed on this website. In addition to helping you apply to the many programs offered through UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies International Programs, some agencies offer services such as:
- visa assistance
- flight and housing arrangements
- travel insurance
- and pre-departure orientation
UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies International Programs partners with many agencies around the world. If you would like to confirm whether the agent you are working with is an official partner of UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies International Programs, please contact ipmarketing@ucsd.edu.
If you are an agent and would like to become a partner, please contact ipmarketing@ucsd.edu.
Who should use agencies?
Students who:
- Would like to communicate in their own language
- Are unsure of where to study
- Need help with the student visa process
- Want "one-stop" service and advice to fill out the application, organize travel, and obtain a visa advice
Is there extra cost?
There is no difference in costs for our programs if students enroll directly or through an agent. Business practice is different in each country, so in some cases agents will charge a service fee to help you with issues such as obtaining your student visa, helping you with travel arrangements, or giving you more detailed counseling.
