YMCA Camp Academy Leadership Training

Leadership – Camp Counseling (staff) course will present the concepts, theories, and acquired competencies related to the role of leadership. This course will explore leadership traits, team building, communications, encompassing diversity, and leadership development. Participants will development, discuss, and practices effective leader skills in a variety of situations at their camp.
