Spanish for Communication III

LASP-40003

Designed for those who have familiarity with the basic structures of Spanish, Level III students learn to discuss many aspects of  food, celebrations, responding to requests, inviting and declining politely, expressing to have a good time, congratulation someone, and more. Conversational skills improve through a variety of small group and pair activities, and personal presentations using preterite and imperfect tenses. Textbook chapters 6 and 7 are covered.

Raymundo Rangel
Raymundo Rangel, a native Spanish speaker from Mexico, holds an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from a university in Mexico and an M.A. in Spanish from California State University, San Marcos. Since 2004, he has taught graduate and undergraduate psychology students in Mexico and later Spanish to undergraduates at CSU San Marcos, as well as privately in the San Diego area for six years. He now teaches at an international high school in Mexico. He enjoys helping students build confidence in their Spanish skills through an interactive, personalized approach. Outside of teaching, he loves reading, playing the electric guitar, and spending time with his wife and kids.
