RIMSE Summer School on Silicon Nanotechnology - SSSiN

SSSiN is an immersive course focused on the synthesis, properties, and applications of silicon-based nanomaterials, with a focus on biomedical applications, chemical and biological sensors, quantum materials, and surface chemistry. Students will participate in lectures in the various related topics. In addition, students will attend hands-on laboratory training sessions where they will be trained in preparation and characterization methods and relevant to silicon nanomaterials. Finally, students will participate in an independent research project implemented by a team of 2-4 students under the mentorship of a current research group member.
