Review both the theoretical and applied aspects of facilities management. Gain an understanding of facilities operation, maintenance, staff management, budget, schedules, design and construction management, energy management, and effective relationships with contractors and vendors. Timber holds a master's in public administration, received a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and is LEED AP certified.
