The CLAD Through CTEL Orientation provides individuals interested in the English Learner Added Authorization (CLAD) Through CTEL Program with a clear understanding of the entire program, including its scope and goals, requirements, standards, the procedures that affect competencies, and field experience(s) in order to earn a California English Learner Added Authorization. It is mandatory for applicants entering Extended Studies' English Learner Added Authorization (CLAD) Through CTEL program. It is mandatory for applicants entering Extended Studies' Intercampus Education Consortium English Learner Added Authorization (CLAD) Through CTEL program.
