Instructor: Feifei Fan, B.A., M.A. and MFA

Feifei Fan, B.A., M.A. and MFA

Sinological researcher, freelance visual artist; holds degrees in Chinese Language and Literature, Technology Education, and Visual Communication

Feifei Fan teaches Chinese for Communication I, II, III, IV, V, VI, and VII. He is a native speaker from China. With his strong knowledge of language, literature, art and technology, he creates an enriching learning environment to help language students stay motivated and improve their learning efficiency.

In addition to teaching, he studies and conducts research in Chinese calligraphy history and theory, in Chinese painting history and theory, and in Chinese ancient, modern and contemporary language and literature. He has worked as a curatorial assistant for the GramLee Collection at West Virginia University, and as a Chinese television news reporter and editor for China Central Television (CCTV).
