Jessie Bustamante

Jessie Bustamante is currently the Chief Advancement Officer, and has been since summer of 2019, at ACCEL. This organization serves individuals who have severe and profound disabilities and special needs. In Jessie's role she oversees the fundraising, marketing, public relations, communications, and all external relations with a $20M+ budget. In past roles Jessie has led fundraising efforts at organizations such as American Heart Association, American Lung Association, and a community building organization called Moishe House. Jessie thrives on new challenges and loves the thrill of making a major ask that will definitively end in a "yes!" Her passion for fundraising is contagious and Jessie is excited to share her excitement and knowledge to increase the number of well-educated fundraisers because we always need more. Outside of work, Jessie is most proud to be a Board Member of Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary which serves the medical and adoption needs for senior dogs.  Jessie lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, Luis, and two puppies, Hope and Hulk.

Jessie Bustamante has been selected as a 2023 Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree! This prestigious recognition celebrates her outstanding contributions to the nonprofit industry and the Phoenix community.
