Taneashia earned her LLM in Intellectual Property from Michigan State University and her JD (cum laude) in Litigation from Western Michigan University. She is currently a Board of Director for the San Diego County Bar Association, an Advisor for the Unauthorized Practice of Law for the Michigan State Bar, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Taneashia is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Michigan, the District of Columbia Bar, and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
