Induction Mentor Year 1 Reflection

EDUC-31710

Induction Mentor Year 1 Reflection provides Mentors with an opportunity to guide and support Candidates as they participate in a collaborative experience with other Candidates in the Induction Program. Mentors will have multiple conversations with Candidates as they reflect, document and articulate their professional growth over the course of the first year in the Induction Program.

Induction Mentor Enrollment Info

Induction Site-based Mentors must formalize their admission to the Induction program before enrolling. This is the third required course for all Induction Mentors and a prerequisite for further Mentor courses in the Induction program. This is the final course for Mentors with an Early Completion Option Candidate. This course is offered at no charge.

Induction Mentors enroll into the Mentor course section with the same instructor and start and end dates as their Candidate’s course. The corresponding Induction Candidate course is EDUC-31704 Induction Year 1 Reflection. Please review the Induction Candidate and Mentor Course Alignment for the full outline of courses.
