This courses teaches students how to as a couch facilitate behavior change, self discover values, resources, and strategies that are individualized and meaningful. Emphasizes that the client is the expert in navigating his/her own life, based upon personal preferences and past experiences. Teaches the student how to serve as a coach in providing the structure of the session and serve as a facilitative partner.
