Kaveh Imandoust
Imandoust focus his practice on planning and controversy. Imandoust has 20 years of experience in the accounting and tax arena advising clients across a myriad of specialties and industries.

Having run the gamut of accounting/tax practice working at law, certified public accountant and public companies his notable experience includes: RJS Law Firm, Tax Director of the LA office of Macias, Gini & O'Connell, LLP, a top 50 international accounting firm, working for a former Vice-Chair of the Tax Section of the State Bar of California as well as a former Chair of the Federal Tax Committee of the California Society of CPAs. Imandoust has also experienced the Sempra Energy financial leadership tax rotation program. He serves as an outside CFO for various organizations, including both for-profit and tax-exempt. Imandoust has significant, direct operating experience in the acquisition and integration of professional services firms into other organizations on the path to growth.

Imandoust holds a Master of Business Taxation from the Marshall School of Business/Leventhal School of Accounting at University of Southern California, a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor in Commerce degree with an emphasis in Corporate Financial Management from the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University.

Last but foremost, he am a Dad and coach of the Palos Verdes A's Silver Spur Little League baseball team...GO A's!
