Strengthen Your Performance on the GED Test
The GED Test Prep course is an asynchronous, or work at your own pace, course that will help prepare you to take the four core GED tests: Mathematical Reasoning, Reasoning through Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies. This course will last five weeks with one week devoted to each topic and a review and practice exam embedded in the final week of study.

- Solve mathematical problems involving key GED Mathematical Reasoning concepts, including algebra, geometry, quantitative reasoning, and data analysis.
- Construct organized written responses that demonstrate appropriate grammar, sentence structure, evidence, and reasoning for the GED Reasoning Through Language Arts assessment.
- Interpret graphs, charts, tables, and other data representations to identify patterns, draw conclusions, and support answers across GED subject areas.
- Analyze and evaluate scientific concepts, data, and evidence to explain relationships, draw conclusions, and solve problems aligned with the GED Science assessment.
- Analyze and evaluate historical, social studies, and civic information—including primary and secondary sources, maps, graphs, and political or economic data—to support evidence-based conclusions.
- Demonstrate readiness for the GED examination by completing four practice tests, one for each GED subject area, and achieving a score of 145 or higher on each practice test by the end of the course.
