Throughout her career, she has provided strategic HR management and leadership at small to mid-sized and large companies in Los Angeles and San Diego, California. Her industry experience spans non-profit, publishing, technology, real estate associations, professional HR consulting, and she is currently a senior HR leader for California Coast Credit Union. Her previous positions include senior HR leadership positions at SeaWorld San Diego and the San Diego Zoo organization. Ms. Martella has expertise in employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, talent acquisition, affirmative action, compensation and benefits, performance management, and workers’ compensation. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix and her master’s degree from the University of San Diego. Ms. Martella is also a certified SHRM-SCP.
