The course provides a foundational survey of institutional effectiveness in higher education. The course material covers a collection of strategic frameworks used to foster a culture of evidence towards facilitating continual improvement. The purpose of the course is to strengthen the student’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and confidence to explore, analyze, and recommend institutional policies, practices, and structures to enhance student equity and achievement outcomes and overall institutional effectiveness.
