About the Institutional Effectiveness Program
The Institutional Effectiveness Management and Leadership Certificate Program is designed to equip professionals with the practical knowledge and skills necessary to lead and manage in various institutional settings, with a particular focus on improving student equity and success and institutional performance.
The program provides participants with foundational understanding of the various components of institutional effectiveness melded with modern applied learning concepts in leadership and management strategies to build, strengthen, and sustain a data-informed decision-making culture.
