Learn the proper procedures for installing, maintaining, and dispensing beer through a draught system. Hands-on instruction will provide guidance in temperature and storage, handling nitrogen and carbon dioxide, line cleaning, and quality assurance and troubleshooting.
Note: Due to the impact of COVID-19, all in-class courses will be delivered remotely in alignment with the following statement by the Chancellor at UC San Diego. This class will be delivered by live Zoom meetings at the scheduled class meeting times.
