Bio

Jennifer Lutz, J.D. is a founding shareholder of Pettit Kohn Ingrassia & Lutz PC. She focuses her law practice on employment litigation and counseling, representing California’s employers in all aspects of employment disputes.  Lutz is also a speaker and author on issues such as wage and hour law, employee privacy and leaves of absence. She has also been voted a San Diego Super Lawyer since 2011.
