Bio

Jim Miller earned his Master's from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was a Fellow at the Brookings Institution. He currently is the VP for Operations at DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. in San Diego. He has an extensive background in applications of Human Systems Integration (HSI).
