Speaker Bio
Facilitators: Al Korobkin is a retired California
Assistant Attorney General. His practice focused
on representing the Medical Board of California
and other health care licensing boards. At the time
he retired, Al was the chief medical prosecutor for
the state of California.
Eileen Coblens has lived in San Diego for nine
years after moving from New York. Passionate
about politics and matters of government, Eileen
has spent many years as an active member of
the League of Women Voters. As a resident of the
over-62 community Pacific Regent, she facilitated
a political discussion group there for several
years. Eileen holds a B.A. and M.A. in English
from Adelphi University and a Ph.D. in British and
American literature from Stony Brook University.
