Supervision in Early Childhood Education Programs

This online course examines methods and principles for supervising and mentoring entry-level teachers, volunteers, student teachers, and other adults in early childhood education settings. Students will learn to build equitable teams through inclusive hiring, supportive onboarding, and effective staff development. With an emphasis on culturally responsive leadership, the course prepares students to foster environments where educators feel valued and inspired to grow while developing skills in conflict resolution, conducting productive meetings, and making thoughtful staffing decisions.
