SDUSD Micro-Credential: Quality Learning Interaction: Connecting

During this micro-credential, participants will go beyond the introduction to Connecting as a Quality Learning Interaction. Participants will have the opportunity to refine their practice. Participants will research the rationale behind intentionally, deliberately, and consistently connecting with students in a way that builds community, engagement, and alliances. Participants will also study the relationship between Connecting interactions and being culturally responsive and sustaining in their teaching practice. Participants will also have the opportunity to deepen their understanding about the interaction, facilitate the interaction with students, reflect on their learning, and plan for next steps.
