Korean for Communication I is the first course in the Beginning Korean language sequence. This course is designed for students with little or no prior knowledge of Korean. Learning Korean helps students develop communication skills and gain a better understanding of Korean culture and society.
The course introduces Hangul, the Korean alphabet, and the basic sound system of the Korean language. Students will learn essential vocabulary, basic sentence structures, and common grammatical patterns used in everyday situations.
