LSAT: Law School Admissions Test Prep

EDUC-90010

Increase Your LSAT Score

The Law School Admission Test, better known as the LSAT, is a critical part of the Law School admission process. The LSAT test is a multiple-choice, computer-based exam that is required for most Juris doctorate (JD) programs at law schools accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA). This test provides law school admission committees with a common measure of a student’s readiness for graduate-level academic work. Law school admission committees look at student LSAT scores, in addition to undergraduate grade point averages, personal statements, letters of recommendation, resumes, and other aspects of an application to assess a student’s ability to perform once in law school.

What You Will Learn

This course will prepare students for logical reasoning and reading comprehension–the two pillars of the LSAT. We divide the LSAT into its various topics and teach one topic in each class. This class follows a flipped classroom model whereby students first review a video lesson and attempt easier examples before coming to class to learn how to apply the principles of each topic in a variety of contexts.
