Futures: iOS Programming II

This hands-on course is aimed at experienced iOS programmers who want to take their app development skills to the next level using Swift programming. Topics include database access, animation and location-based services. In addition, high school students will explore hardware capabilities in greater depth, learning to use the accelerometer, camera and GPS to their full potential.

This course is part of the iOS Programming for High Schoolers program.

Wallace Wang has written dozens of programming books related to iOS/macOS programming using the Swift programming language, including "Beginning iPhone Development with Swift 5," "Pro iPhone Development with Swift 5," "macOS Programming for Absolute Beginners" and "Beginning ARKit for iPhone and iPad" (all published by APress). In addition, he has taught numerous Swift programming courses to high school students through UC San Diego Extension over the past three years.
