English Language Skills for Au Pairs: High Beginner and Intermediate

Communicating in English with relative ease and in a variety of situations is essential for au pairs living in the United States. This course provides you with multiple opportunities to practice your language skills in the classroom, in workshops and during educational excursions in the San Diego area. You will have the chance to describe your experiences and share your opinions on multiple subjects related to your life in the United States. You will also deepen your understanding of American culture, traditions and expressions. In addition to practicing connected speech, idioms, and persuasive language, you will also learn about San Diego history and culture, and American dialects.
