Elementary School: STEMFaire: Hands on Engineering

SCI-90076

This class engages students in hands-on projects using custom laser-cut cardboard kits. Through these projects, students explore key physics concepts such as projectile motion, friction, and forces, building practical understanding while having fun with engineering challenges.

What you'll learn

  • Understand basic physics concepts, including projectile motion, friction, and forces.
  • Apply principles of physics to design and assemble functional projects using laser-cut cardboard kits.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills by troubleshooting and improving project performance.
  • Develop collaboration and communication skills through teamwork on engineering challenges.
