The Science of Health Optimization

The Science of Health Optimization includes evidence-based content and interventions designed to build a strong foundation in current and innovative approaches to health. Topics include endocrinology and hormone optimization, longevity across the lifespan, fitness and movement innovations, nutrition and meal planning, supplemental support to mitigate chronic illness, laboratory and testing options to uncover root causes of illness, and natural and integrative approaches to common health concerns including high cholesterol, metabolic disease, perimenopausal concerns, and low testosterone associated with aging. Emerging and popularized integrative treatments including peptides, bio-identical hormones, and biological aging markers will be discussed through the lens of clinical and research outcomes.
