Project Planning and Scheduling

AMES-40089

Learn in-depth project planning, estimating, and scheduling (PMBOK areas of Integration and Time Management). Group projects will include developing a project State of Work, work breakdown structure, and network schedule. Common software tools used in project management are discussed. Microsoft Project 2003 will be used to illustrate specific concepts in scheduling. Case studies will highlight common plan and control techniques.
