This intensive workshop spans two half-days and offers thorough training to help owners and operators of a construction projects, consultants, engineers and legal professioals to fully understand the New California Strmwater Construction General Permit (CGP). The course fee includes materials, instruction by CASQA certified Trainers of Record (ToRs), lunch, refreshments and a Certificate of Completion.


Day One: Reissued Construction General Permit Fundamentals, 8:30am - 2:30pm
 

Gain an understanding to the California Construction General Permit (CGP) 2002-0057-DWQ. Topics include:

  • Understanding the Permit: Covered Facilities, Risk Assessment, SWPPPs, and SMARTS
  • Legal Perspectives, Complexities, Liabilities and Common Pitfalls.
  • Regulator Perspective - Interpretation of the Reissuance Permit.

Day Two: Field Implementation, 8:30am - 2:30pm
