This seminar provides a learning opportunity for homebuyers to gain knowledge in an unbiased, non-sales environment. Topics covered will include a historical presentation of the housing market, definitions of common property types, and an explanation of the homebuying process. The roles of professionals involved in the real estate purchase transaction will also be covered.
