MCLE in Intellectual Property Law - Drone Law

LAW-70004

Just open the newspaper or turn on the news and you can see that drones are really taking off!  Attendees of this MCLE seminar will learn what a drone is and how it operates, the current and potential uses of drones, and the primary drone laws; taking into consideration the often confusing mixture of FAA, state law, and local law, with some special park rules and privacy issues thrown into the mix.  In addition, the seminar will compare United States drone law to the drone laws which exist (or in some cases, do not exist) in other countries.  Live demonstrations included.

This seminar is approved by the State Bar of California for 3 hours of MCLE credit.
