Are your team members jumping to solutions without solvig the root of the problems? Are they using their gut instead of making data-based decisions? Are you engaged in the right leadership tasks to support problem solvers and build a continuous improvement culture?
This instrutor led virtual program provides leaders with the tools and skills to become practiced mentors who drive organizational change, while ensuring that process improvement efforts align with business objectives. This requires more than lean tool deployment, but also includes key leadership and management frameworks, principles and behaviors.
This course teaches all leaders how to:
- Grasp Lean Six Sigma
- Transorm the Culture
- Embrace the Leader's Role
- Make Problems Visible
- Support Problem Solvers
This program is designed for any Leader, Supervisor, Manager or Director in any industry who desires a sustainable culture of continuous improvement for their team and organization. The training will benefit all leaders, but more specifically any leader that wants to help shape the culture and build and coach problem-solvers.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Build a culture that empowers staff and promotes continuous improvement
- Understand the breadth of impact a leader has and the leaders roles & responsibilities in transformation
- Identify projects that align with the organization’s mission
- Deploy Leader Standard Work (successful leader habits) that drive improvement activity and success
- Mentor and coach staff to become better problem solvers

Live Online Training Portion: six, two-hour sessions (12 hours total)

Tuition: $1,795 (includes all learning materials)
Format & Structure: This program is a blend of online learning and live virtual training sessions. After completing the learning modules on your preferred schedule engage with the Instructor and fellow leaders within an interactive virtual classroom.
Class sessions meet virtually on Tuesdays, 2:00- 4:00pm, PST on Aug. 15, 29, Sept. 12, 26, Oct. 10 and 24.
