Explore the basic concepts of intellectual property. The nuts and bolts of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets are explained in layman's terms. Real-life examples and "war stories" are interwoven to clarify and emphasize the hot intellectual property issues that can make or break a company's financial health.

She is currently a Board of Director for the San Diego County Bar Association, an Advisor for the Unauthorized Practice of Law for the Michigan State Bar, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Taneashia is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Michigan, the District of Columbia Bar, and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
