About the Graphic and Web Design Program

Learn design fundamentals and explore specialized areas of interest. Courses in this program focus on methodologies in a variety of mediums, from branding and corporate identity to art direction, visual design, and photography. Here you will receive Adobe software training and can explore HTML and CSS coding, UX, and content management systems. A tailored portfolio completes your journey.

What You Will Learn
- Use core Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Explore the fundamentals of design, including the creative process, design elements and principles, Ai image creation, and stock image search in applied projects.
- Learn typography, color methodologies, and trademarks, for applied identitiy design.
- Practice targeted research and design thinking, strategy to solve design problems, brainstorming, and insight discovery.
- Create brand guides and style tiles, simple publications, and understand application touchpoints.
- Choose and investigate design paths including UX/UI, photography and media, art direction and project management, design marketing, and more.
- Apply for an Internship opportunity for real world experience (qualified candidates).
