Futures: Business Decision Making

This course will allow high school students to refine the skills required for professional leadership by practicing business management techniques in small-group settings. High school students will examine day-to-day management challenges in the workplace, determine alternative responses and approaches, and recommend solutions with appropriate feedback. Case studies will give high school students a chance to integrate all they have learned about the many dimensions of technical and interpersonal management.
This course is part of the Business Management for High Schoolers program.
