This course will allow high school students to refine the skills required for professional leadership by practicing business management techniques in small-group settings. High school students will examine day-to-day management challenges in the workplace, determine alternative responses and approaches, and recommend solutions with appropriate feedback. Case studies will give high school students a chance to integrate all they have learned about the many dimensions of technical and interpersonal management.
This course is part of the Business Management for High Schoolers program.

Dan Rudick founded an international company and took it public to achieve $20 million in market value. He received his B.S. in industrial engineering from one of Europe's most prestigious schools and his MBA from the University of Connecticut.
